You can see that you can choose to print the paper the full 12x12inch size, but then a piece will be cut off on the one sideĨ. The RED line indicates the printing area if you print borderlessħ. In the CUTTING MAT option choose the CAMEO 12x24inch cutting mat (you don’t have to own a cutting mat, this is just to see the A3 layout better.)Ħ. ALL features of Basic Edition and Designer Edition, PLUS: Import most major embroidery file types (PES, DST, EXP, JEF, and XXX) Isolate placement stitch to create cut lines for fabric (applique projects) Use embroidery lines as a cut file. The available printing options might differ for different printers. The basic Silhouette Studio software is free to download from the Silhouette America Website. This is a great way to see how your computer handles the software. It’s a great idea to download and install the software before you even purchase a machine, just to take it for a test drive. I use my Silhouette Studio software to print on A3 as I find it easier so see what I will be printing. All Silhouette cutting machines use a free included software called Silhouette Studio.
